Our vision is to nurture, support and inspire all our children so they can thrive in every way.

At Lift Callowell, we are an inclusive, caring primary school dedicated to nurturing, inspiring, and ensuring every single child thrives.
Following our recent Ofsted inspection in July 2026, our school stands in a strong position across all areas—a testament to our commitment to high standards, care and ambition in everything we do.
Set within beautiful, spacious grounds, Lift Callowell boasts fantastic facilities, an outstanding staff team, and a broad, exciting curriculum. We build strong foundations for learning from the very beginning, anchored by an excellent pre-school that welcomes children from age two and gives our youngest learners the absolute best start to their education.
Throughout the school, we foster high expectations and good behaviour, ensuring a calm, positive environment where children learn with confidence and respect.
We pride ourselves on being just the right size: big enough to offer rich, dynamic opportunities, yet small and personal enough to truly know every child and family in our community.
As we look to the future, we are thrilled to be joining Lift Schools, a successful, forward-thinking academy trust that shares our drive for educational excellence and high aspirations for every pupil.
Since becoming Headteacher in July 2024, I have been immensely proud of the dedication, skill, and heart of our team. We take great pride in the quality of education, care, and community we provide here every single day.
We would love to welcome you into our school family. To arrange a visit, meet our team, and experience the warmth of Callowell firsthand, please contact the school office.
Warmest regards,
